- Meet with you, to get to know your business and your customers.
- Propose ideas for the “trial” project, including what we’d expect the return to be and what would be required from you
- Put together sample messages and guidelines as well as a timeline
- Act as an advisor during the project for questions
- Work with you afterwards to evaluate what worked, what didn’t and how to improve.
